Audio Media Research - Refund Policy

All Audio Media Research software products are available for a free evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Once purchased, all software sales are final. Evaluation software may be downloaded from the Audio Media Research web site and is fully functional. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting AMR Software Support.

Audio Media Research also collects other information that is not personally identifiable to you, but results solely from your visit to Audio Media Research Properties. We use web beacons, cookies, and a Facebook pixel, which are placed on your computer when you access Audio Media Research Properties.
a. IP Addresses
Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is usually associated with the place from which you enter the Internet, like your Internet Service Provider, your company or your university. By collecting your IP address, Audio Media Research’s server records the referring page that linked you to the Audio Media Research Property (e.g., another website or a search engine). If you’re coming from another website, then the pages you visit on this website, the website you visit after this website, the ads you see or click on, other information about the type of web browser, computer, platform, related software and settings you are using, any search terms you have entered on the Audio Media Research Property or a referral website, and other usage activity and data logged by our web servers. Audio Media Research uses Google AdWords Remarketing and Google Analytics to advertise Audio Media Research products across the Internet. AdWords Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the Audio Media Research Property you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” AdWords Remarketing allows Audio Media Research to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. How to Opt-Out of Remarketing and Advertising: If you do not wish to participate in our AdWords Remarketing, you can opt out by visiting Google’s Ads Preferences Manager.
e. Social Networks
We use Facebook pixels on Audio Media Research properties. If you are logged in to Facebook while browsing our websites, Audio Media Research may store your Facebook profile information for 180 days for advertising purposes. For additional information, please refer to your social network account to manage the information that is shared through your account.
You will receive email from Audio Media Research for marketing. We respect your desire to manage email correspondence. Audio Media Research limits third party access such as Mailchimp and Facebook to personally identifiable information collected on Audio Media Research Properties. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for that third-party’s direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
